When the Problem Gambling Helpline was having an identity and accessibility crises, they did what they had to do: reposition, rebrand, and launch a new campaign.
It’s one thing to tell someone to ask for help. It’s another to show them how to do it.
This testimonial campaign isn’t preachy or pushy–it’s tactical. We’ll ask people in recovery from gambling to share their opening lines from when they first reached out to the Helpline. We want to share the uncertainty, vulnerability and awkwardness of that first interaction. Because there’s no perfect way to ask for help.
