MA Problem Gambling Helpline

Help for problem gambling is as easy as picking up the phone.
The brand launched around that.

A logo, a tone, and a photoshoot.

The helpline is more than a number. It’s a resource. The user-friendly website houses everything—including a chat feature.

And a brand campaign.

It’s one thing to tell someone to ask for help. It’s another to show them how to do it. This testimonial campaign isn’t preachy or pushy–it’s tactical. We’ll ask people in recovery from gambling to share their opening lines from when they first reached out to the Helpline. We want to share the uncertainty, vulnerability and awkwardness of that first interaction. Because there’s no perfect way to ask for help. So if you need help, and you’re wondering where to start, start here.
